Rowan Wood is obtainable by allowing a rowan bush decay in a farm plot. Simply plant rowan seeds in a fart plot and provide it with no water or fertilizer.
Alternatively, you can deconstruct Frost Essence, or level 30+ weapons found in chests to obtain Rowan Wood as well.
